By accessing or using Ai-Luminate's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ai-Luminate provides an AI-powered educational platform featuring:

• AI Chatbot (ANNA) for academic assistance
• Peer Support Hub for student collaboration
• Communication tools for students, parents, and educators
• Academic resource management tools

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Not use the service for illegal activities or academic dishonesty
• Comply with all applicable laws (including POPIA and GDPR)

4. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they create/submit. By uploading content, you grant Ai-Luminate a license to use it for service operation and improvement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the service to violate academic integrity policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our AI models
• Harass other users or post harmful content
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ai-Luminate shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to user data beyond our reasonable control

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes shall be resolved in Cape Town courts.
